Denise is a Licensed Holistic Psychotherapist, in the States of Washington and Florida, and National Board Certified Functional Mental Heath Practitioner, who specializes in integrative care for trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional wellbeing. Her practice is dedicated to providing a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for individuals recovering from complex trauma and narcissistic abuse. Denise blends traditional psychotherapy with holistic, body-based, and non-invasive therapies to support her clients on their healing journey. Denise’s approach is grounded in the belief that recovery from trauma requires more than talk therapy alone. She helps clients heal through nervous system regulation, nutritional support, and somatic modalities such as Brainspotting and Bilateral Sound, as well as Photobiomodulation (Light Therapy).
