Doctoloop began with a frustration shared by thousands of physicians: the best doctors in a city are often the hardest to find.
A pediatric pulmonologist with 23 publications and 15 years of experience, practicing independently — invisible to the family two blocks away who needs her, simply because she doesn't have a marketing team or a hospital system driving patients to her name.
Meanwhile, the patients who want personalized, high-quality care are navigating outdated directories, stale profiles, and review systems built for restaurant recommendations — not specialist medicine.
We built Doctoloop to close that gap. Not by adding another directory, but by giving top-tier physicians the profile, the referral network, and the growth marketing they need to be found — on their own terms.

Doctoloop moved from a frustration to a founding cohort in under two years. Here's how we got here — and where we're going.
After dozens of conversations with physicians in NYC, a clear pattern emerged: exceptional doctors were invisible online. The problem wasn't clinical skill — it was discoverability, reputation infrastructure, and network access.
We built and launched the first version of the Doctoloop physician profile — designed around publications, verified reviews, and reputation scores rather than algorithmic ranking or insurance volume.
Partnership with Collaborative Pediatrics in NYC validated what physicians actually want: not just a profile, but a community. The referral network and webinar features were born directly from this physician feedback.
The full membership model went live. Over 100 physicians joined the founding cohort across pediatrics, internal medicine, and dermatology.
