About this webinar

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

Perimenopause can begin years — sometimes a full decade — before your last period. Most women don't recognize it when it starts. And most are never properly warned.

The symptoms are real: irregular cycles, night sweats, weight shifts, brain fog, mood changes, disrupted sleep, low libido, and more. But here's what most conversations miss — perimenopause is not the same for every woman. Your experience is shaped by your hormonal profile, your metabolism, your genetics, your lifestyle, and your history. Blanket advice doesn't cut it.

Join Dr. Lorraine Chrisomalis-Valasiadis, MD — one of New York City's most respected OB/GYNs — for a free, live, one-hour webinar designed for women who want real answers from a physician who takes the time to understand each patient as an individual.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

What perimenopause is — and when it typically begins. How to recognize the signs: hormonal, physical, emotional, and metabolic. Why every woman's transition is different — and what factors shape yours. How your metabolism changes during this phase and what you can do about it. What's normal to expect — and what's a signal to seek care. Your full range of options: hormone therapy, non-hormonal medications, nutrition, and lifestyle. How to advocate for yourself with your doctor — and what questions to ask.

Live Q&A with Dr. Chrisomalis-Valasiadis follows the presentation.
