About

I am a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and psychotherapist. I earned my medical degree at Brown University, completed my adult psychiatry residency at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School, and my child psychiatry fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. I founded Midtown Manhattan Psychiatry, a concierge private practice, to help neurodivergent, twice-exceptional children, teens, and young adults thrive and self-actualize while pursuing their rigorous academic, athletic, and artistic endeavors. My work centers on ADHD and autism, especially in girls and young women, where they are so often missed, along with OCD, PTSD, anxiety, learning and sensory processing differences, and eating disorders in teens and young adults, many of them athletes and artists. I also care for high achievers at competitive schools, healthcare workers and performers, and patients navigating complex medical conditions such as autoimmune illness or functional neurological symptom disorder. I suggest medications and lifestyle interventions when I believe they can augment psychotherapy, and I also offer concurrent psychotherapy around identity, performance, and recovery. My approach is warm, relational, and attachment-informed, with postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and intensive training in DBT. I consult to primary care physicians and often speak on mental health for schools, parent groups, and the media. Same-week appointments in NoMad, Manhattan, with Saturday hours in Greenwich and Westport, CT. Licensed in New York and Connecticut. On Doctoloop: founding member of the Young Athlete Health Society, and speaker for Mind Care Loop on "Missed in Plain Sight: ADHD and Autism in Girls and Young Women" (October 14, 2026).
